Two North Shore Two North Shore, a mixed use development totaling approximately 95,000 sq. ft. of retial and office space is located on the North Shore in Chattanooga, TN. The project is anchored by Greenlife Grocery and Rock Creek Outfitters. Phase one is now open and construction on Phase Two is scheduled to commence early in 2008.
The Oak Ridge Mall The Oak Ridge Mall is a 700,000 sq. ft. regional enclosed shopping center located in Oak Ridge, TN (Oak Ridge City Center, LLC), which closed on that property in June, 2003. The group intends to redevelop that asset.
